The school aims to improve its programs and services every year by considering outcomes from the survey questionnaires of families, evaluations and suggestions from teachers, the experience of the school management team, the school board of governance committee and input from the organisations the school is affiliated including the Liverpool Supplementary School Network.

The School is run with the support of a board of governance committee, which consists of selected parents and teachers. The committee is responsible for overseeing the governance of the school including the planning and implementation of programmes.

The programs and services are offered in the following four categories: i. Language Classes; ii. Trips and ceremonies; iii. Arts and Sports; and IV. Other extracurricular activities.

The school has also been providing refreshments to pupils and their parents free of charge. In addition, charitable activities including providing and distribution of ambient foods to those immigrants in need are being carried out by school volunteers.
